Meat Loaf - Concert Introduction (Live in Birmingham, December 2003)
Here's a little treat for you all - from December 11th 2003 at the NEC in Birmingham, this is a pretty great quality recording which will be up in full sooner or later on the MLBFCollection channel - this is just a test of fixing up the audio a bit, this is a great show in terms of performance and quality and I really dig the intro for this part of the tour (always found it funny how "god" was edited out of the Wasted Youth Speech) - featured here is the 2003 arrangement of 'Wasted Youth' over tape into a live rendition of 'Do It!'
Enjoy :p
Lead Vocals - Meat Loaf [RIP]
Lead Vocals, Percussion - Patti Russo
Lead Guitar - Paul Crook
Guitar, Vocals, Keyboards - Randy Flowers
Bass, Guitar, Keyboards, Piano, Vocals - Kasim Sulton
Drums - John Miceli
Piano, Keyboards, Vocals - Mark Alexander
Backing Vocals, Guitar - C.C. Colletti-Jablonski
Enjoy :p

Meat Loaf - Modern Girl (Live on The Tube, 1985) / Better Source

I found a slightly better source for the video footage of only this one song from some stadium rock video anthology on the Russian web lol - recorded February 8th 1985 in London at the Channel 4 Studios along with 3 other tracks, appearing on the very popular show (at the time) The Tube. Personally, my favourite Tube performance is The Jam's final TV appearance in 1982 - anyway, enjoy! Lead Voc...

Brought to you by meatloafbootleghub.com/ This is the last (currently surfaced) recorded performance of the classic 'Midnight At The Lost And Found' performed at Wembley Arena in London on January 24th 2004 and is quite an interesting arrangement of the song, with the intro reminiscent of the 1999 performances of the song before kicking into the 1996 version - very cool stuff! It's a shame this...
Meat Loaf - I'd Do Anything For Love (Live on Top of The Pops 1993) / Both Performances

Here's a nice little treat for you all, both performances (no reruns - videos, etc.) from Top of The Pops in 1993 of the classic 'I'd Do Anything For Love (But I Won't Do That)'. I can't be sure of the recording dates but in terms of when both performances aired, I believe the first was on August 26th 1993 and the 2nd on Christmas Day. There's a lovely HD view of the 1993 / 1994 tour lighting i...
Meat Loaf and Jim Steinman - Wasted Youth / Out of The Frying Pan (Live at The Hudson Theatre, 1993)
Переглядів 8277 місяців тому
The order here is a tad confusing, some list 'Wasted Youth' as coming before 'Everything Louder', or 'Life is A Lemon' but from the research I've done it's unlikely that Everything Louder was actually played and it seems most probable that Wasted Youth (with Jim doing the spoken word) came before 'Frying Pan', so here is what I believe to be the correct version of this moment in the show. I apo...

Meat Loaf - Cry Over Me (Official Music Video)
Переглядів 1,5 тис.8 місяців тому
Official video for Cry Over Me, recorded in a measly 3 hours in 2007. This video is quite obscure and was never really that popular. This song is a force to be reckoned with however! A hell of a track! From a hell of an album. Next one will be either Is Nothing Sacred or Nowhere Fast (the original version).

Sorry for the 2 week delay, I had a couple things to do Continuing on here is an incredible atmospheric rendition of this Steinman epic, sourced from Live Around The World This one'll be a lazy description - up next on the agenda is the fantastic performance of Life Is A Lemon which will hopefully not be blocked worldwide due to copyright... As previously stated, once I've posted all the videos...

Well hopefully this one doesn't get nuked with copyright bla bla, this is a fantastic performance and a really fun one, the band are playing great - it's a good long jam and Meat sounds brilliant, like I said the descriptions will get lazier and lazier, so enjoy the paragraph... Due to copyright concerns I cannot post this show in its entirety on the other channel, so I'm going to upload it track by track and see what sticks - I'm using several sources for this, including Live Around The World for as much as that album claims to have been recorded from several shows around the globe, it was really recorded at the Hudson, the Beacon, and some soundchecks from the both o...

I believe this is the earliest live recording of the Bat Out Of Hell II announcement Meat gave on stage from 1989 until 1991. The release date was never accurate in these announcements as the album took far longer than anyone was expecting, but anyway I thought I'd post this one as it's one of the best quality recordings of this song live from World Tour 89', it was sadly cut from the set in Wo...

Hello everyone, you'll notice I'm alive - videos will be coming out on a far more frequent basis and this time and I actually mean it because for the first time in 18 months I actually have FREE TIME I can use to manage the channel and curate my collection, and share it - in its entirety, one piece at a time (and it didn't cost me a time, etc.)... Some people will get that reference, and if you...
Jim Steinman - Kid Champion (Vocal Demos, 1975)
Переглядів 4829 місяців тому
Well that was a fast 4 months, anyway here we are again - with the vocal demos taped for Kid Champion in 1975... These were presumably used throughout the show, and hopefully I have them sounding better than before although my hearing is pretty screwed up so you tell me! I don't know why 'Donny's Guitar' wasn't included in the instrumental video, so it's here. Music by Jim Steinman, lyrics appa...

Hello everyone, long time no post! Anyway here we are - these are the ORIGINAL instrumentals taped for Kid Champion in 1975, these were to play as the audience were taking their seats waiting for the show to start. I've touched up the audio just slightly and they're sounding better than ever before, we have some familiar themes incorporating other familiar themes, The Storm includes an instrume...

Some heavy psychedelic usage is going on At this show this show sick.I never heard of Floyd show like Fucking killing it
FUCK YA MAN!!!! KILLER OPENING JAM!!!
Love this song. You were great.
Holy shit there's some goos stuff here. Again, thank you!
Thank you!! If willing, and without giving up your secrets ;) how did you come across these recordings? I used to dabble in a couple of old (e.g. Architectural / Screaming Abdabs) vinyl, but I've noticed of late how so much more stuff is coming out (Pink Floyd being known for regretting not recording much, much more off their work back then), and I'm hearing lots of great stuff I haven't heard. Thanks again for sharing this!
Official releases - early years for Stockholm 1967 And then yeeshkul back when it existed for the other 67 live shows

Just when I thought my heart could not be any more broken, I miss Meat so much.😢
The sound engineer should have been fired, but brilliant show in spite of that.
Should have called himself kfc

I believe that Wright was weak and cowardly, Mason Nick was cunning. And this only benefited Waters. Constant quarrels, conflicts, Barrett rebelled, the photo shows that he had not smiled since the summer and posed away from Waters. And there is irony in the song: if I am zero, I don’t exist, who writes the songs?
Read the story of the Beatles, what happened on Abbey Road that year, that summer of love. Absolutely all the office workers and producers on Abbey Road were drunk and on drugs. The crowd of visiting petitioners is also drunk and under the influence of drugs. These people were high and saying all sorts of stupid things about Barrett. It was beneficial for someone When you get fired, you feel depressed. When I was fired from my job, I was depressed for 2 years, I just lay there, slept and couldn’t do anything. Loneliness
I fully agree
Someone benefited from wallowing in Barrett's mud, so Nick Mason wrote that Barrett farted a lot and stank And none of them farted again? Everyone was also drunk, everyone was also taking drugs, weed, and everyone was farting and in a fog.
At that time, everyone was constantly drunk and using LSD. Barrett isn't the only one. Jenner himself stated that he drank alcohol and LSD. Everyone in the Abbey Road office was smoking weed and snorting cocaine. How can people remember exactly, all people used grass, LSD Everyone was driving, everyone was in a fog, and it’s impossible to believe that only Barrett was driving and stumbling. Who are drunk and on LSD, they can't remember exactly
Hiroyuki Sanada was a god in Bullet Train!! 🤘🏻😎
should have been nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals.
This is how real Rock n' Roll is done! No auto-tune, pure vocal power and passion!
Is it just me, or does the tempo seem like it's rushing at 1:00? The song seems to lose its pocket completely at this point, very messy. I know this is Jim's creation, but Meat Loaf's vocals (from Bat III) really power this song into the rock stratosphere.
This slaps so hard
Incredible
Think you could make a video with dead ringer album live in its entirety?
A Line up featuring both Paul Jacobs and Mark Alexander doing Piano/Keyboard work would have been amazing. Both added such sparkle to the ivories
Most of the midnight album could have been made as epic as this if performed with Live with any of the post 84 line ups. This version is epic, but i will always prefer the 87 live version
The Hammer working a storm on those drums
Jim going all out with Wasted Youth. Like he was possessed
One of the best Meat Loaf songs out there. What a version
He always had so much fun with this and Paradise live
Sucks you couldnt post the whole show as one for copyright reasons, but happy you've posted the songs anyway
An earlier rendition of For Crying Out Loud? Nice.
What an amazing version
Who agrees with me? This song will be the best soundtrack for Attack on Titans
Anesan(PCFX) Hillary Theme
this was so corny, but I still love it
yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah
This voice is unique ❤
Love that Father to Son/Keep Yourself Alive/Liar medley, even though it's stitched together, the timing of the cuts are perfect
This is one of the most intelligent and perceptive music interviews ever. As people in comments say "the guy is on a different level". Extremely intelligent and perceptive man. A complete surprise.
ボーカルの坂本英三がziggyの森重樹一にビジュアルと声が似ていてカッコイイ❤😂
R.I.P.
We love you meatloaf!
When i am listening to this song, or other song which come from this greatest era ( 80'90's) I feel like melted, cry and angry at the same time. I am old now but the memories will life forever.
Hope this will be in Cobra Kai Season 6.

Rory is a great vocalist, I kind of prefer Meatloafs performance, Meat hit that high note better, and Meats version seemed to have a it more soul and passion about it, Rory did a great job aswell though
Patti Russo was stunning dressed like that, and that voice, sweet mercy, no offense to Crosby, but Russo is my favorite.
I love these extended live versions of Paradise. Thank you.
RIP, brother. You and your writing partner were poets.
